Return Eligibility

Products Not Eligible for Return
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

- Products with broken seals
- Products that have been damaged after delivery
- Products without proof of purchase
- Final sale or promotional items, when clearly marked as final sale

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund is approved or denied.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund.
Shipping Fees
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by MVS Natural Products.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.

MVS Natural Products does not guarantee specific health results from any product, protocol, or wellness routine. Refunds are not issued based on individual results or personal expectations after product use.
